My name is Em and I teach yoga and run classes from my beautiful studio @ Trethorne Leisure Farm, Launceston...nestled in the heart of North Cornwall, amongst the wilderness of the moors and rugged coastlines of these magickal and enchanted lands!

I am also mobile and cover Cornwall and South Devon for one to one lessons and therapy work.

I am a Yoga Therapist and offer tailored treatments for acute and chronic conditions, to support mental and emotional health, palliative care and general health and wellbeing using gentle movement, breathwork, mindfulness practices, massage and bodywork, Qi Gong, Shaitsu, energy work and sound healing.

I offer Massage, Yoga Therapy, Reflexology, Reiki and Reiki attunements, Crystal Therapy and Shamanic and Energy Healing which includes - Infusion, Extraction, Sound, Chakra Balancing, Organ Regeneration, Soul Retrieval, Power Retrieval, Relationship Cords, Psychopomp, Amazonian Icaro Healing and create healing and beauty through the creation of medicine music.

I also offer Sound Therapy and Healing Sound Medicine Journies, Biofield clearing, Tuning Forks, NLP Coaching, Ecstatic Dance and Ceremony with plant medicine 💖💖💖 and so much more....

As a Space Holder & Facilitator, I specialise in working with trauma, inner child healing, shadow work and my purpose is to provide safe, supportive and sacred spaces for all beings...to rest, to heal, to connect and to be empowered to realise their deepest, innermost dreams and potential.

I also specialise in working in women's health and wellbeing and run the most amazing women's circles, weaving magick and healing through movement breath and sound.
